5. How to Check the Status of Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email from us containing a tracking number you can use to monitor its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, or if your package has passed its estimated delivery window, please reach out to us directly at our email with your name and order number, and our team will locate it for you.

Yes, we deliver to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via standard shipping methods. Please ensure your address is formatted correctly at checkout to prevent transit delays.

7. Damages, Lost Packages, and Incorrect Addresses

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. Lumeo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, contact support@buylumeo.com immediately. We cannot adjust or intercept packages once they leave our facility.

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your parcel, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged packaging or product.

  • Stolen or Lost Packages: If your tracking link states your package was "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building managers, or your local postal hub before reaching out. Lumeo is not liable for packages stolen from porches or secure drop spots after confirmed carrier delivery.
